As a long time licensed massage therapist, Misty has special interest in sports massage, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage. She tailors each treatment and/or service to the individual needs by using multiple techniques.
Misty Payne has 18 years of combined massage experience which includes owning her own business; working at several spas, resorts and with doctors.
She has lived in Western North Carolina her entire life and currently resides in Sylva with her fiancé, 4 year old son and 12 year old bulldog.
Having known Dr. Karcher since she was little, Stefanie graduated Western Carolina University in May of 2015 with a Biology major and Chemistry minor. She is passionate about athletics, nutrition, as well as chiropractic care. She has also been a patient of Dr. Karcher's for many years and has seen how chiropractic care is crucial to the care and upkeep of the body, especially for athletes.
Stefanie lives in Webster and loves to take advantage of this area by hiking, running, being out on the lake and getting outside as much as she can.
Kelly Hammer is a Nutritionist, Trainer, Medical Assistant, Teacher and mother of two. Some of her many accomplishments include, writing articles for Focus on the Family, Our Children National PTA, and is the co-author of Brain Food: Feeding Your Child for Success, release date January 2007. She has trained well known individuals such as, Ed Koch (former Mayor of NY), during her corporate fitness training years.

With her own business, Hammer Nutritional, she wishes to educate others on the importance of balance to be able to achieve in school, the work place and within our familiar relationships. A lifestyle balance that includes nutrition for success is the key. One belief she holds true throughout her career, “Acquiring knowledge, adapting a balance and applying consistency wins the race every time!”
Kelly has also given many workshops on the importance of balanced lifestyles for busy moms and Brain Balance workshops on nutrition and fitness for optimal brain function. She has worked and spoken at Spa/resorts and Recreation/Community Centers on these topics and many more.
Born in St. Petersburg, FL, Kelly now lives with her husband Stan and two children Jacob, age 17 and Abigail, age 14 in Sylva, NC situated in the Great Smokey Mountains.
